Free Mobile App:

Search DETECmobile in the App Store and Android Market.  First time users will need setup their account first online.  The login and password created for our online access will be used to access your account via the mobile app.  You can make a payment on the app using a Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express Credit or Debit Card or Electronic Check.  No fees apply to use this service.
